Insight™ filter

Transparent

The Insight™ filter comprises two separate filter segments surrounding a cavity containing granular standard carbon, or any other granular additive.

A unique characteristic of the filter is that it uses a transparent plugwrap paper, giving a very distinctive appearance and allowing the consumer to view the inner workings of the filter.

Filter construction 

Consists of a tobacco and mouth segment of high-quality crimped acetate surrounding a central cavity. The tobacco segment can be loaded with activated carbon or constructed from paper to further increase flexibility. The cavity is filled with granular standard carbon, or any other granular additive.

The outer two segments and the cavity are wrapped in a transparent plugwrap. The central cavity is created as the filter segments are wrapped in an outer plugwrap.

A range of configurations, lengths, circumferences, and additive loadings are available ensuring each construction is designed to enhance a particular brand and suit customer taste and filtration requirements.
