Super Slim Tube Dual filter

Novel ends

The Super Slim Tube Dual filter is a two segment filter constructed with a tube running through the mouth end segment manufactured with Essentra Filter Products’ Tube Technology®. The novel end appearance can be further enhanced by the use of coloured material in the tobacco-end segment.

Filter construction
Consists of a tobacco and mouth segment of high-quality crimped cellulose acetate fibres, which can be coloured for differentiation. Alternatively, the tobacco segment can be constructed from paper for a high level of tar and nicotine retention. Additional plasticiser and cellulose acetate in the mouth segment mean that the structure is firmer than standard to ensure quality end appearance.

The cellulose acetate in the mouth segment is formed around a mandrel to create a void in the material using Essentra’s proprietary tubes. The filter is enclosed in an outer plugwrap, which can be standard or porous depending on ventilation requirements.
